Sweet potato pie

4 medium sweet potatoes
Cream cheese (or rice milk with violife and nutritional yeast)
250g stiff Tofu
Cumin
Curry
Salt
Pepper
1 Red pepper
Leek
1 small onion
5 cloves of garlic
Soy cream
1: boil the sweet potatoes
2: blend the sweet potato, tofu, garlic and cream cheese
3: season with cumin, curry, salt and pepper
4: chop the red pepper, onion and leek, and mix it in with a wooden spoon
5: pour a small amount of soy cream
6: use any form for the oven, and smear a little margarine before putting the pie dough
7: fill the pie with the filling and top it with bigger pieces of red pepper and some leek with soy cream on top
8: put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes
9: let it cool for 10 minutes
